Founded as an authorised SQL Account dealer in the Klang Valley. The mission from day one: SMEs deserve a partner who understands both accounting and IT — not just a software vendor.
GST went live in April 2015. We migrated dozens of clients to GST-compliant SQL Account setups — many for the first time moving off spreadsheets. Added SQL Payroll to our practice.
When GST was repealed and SST returned in September 2018, we reconfigured hundreds of client setups within the transition window. Crossed 200 active SME customers.
The pandemic forced every business to work remotely. We rolled out UltraViewer + AnyDesk remote support to keep clients running, and started recommending SQL Cloud and Private Cloud for the first time at scale.
Reached 500+ active SME customers from KL to Klang. Expanded into SQL POS for retail/F&B clients and SQL HRMS for growing teams. Started industry-specific configurations for construction and distribution.
When LHDN rolled out MyInvois e-invoicing, we became one of the go-to dealers for E-Invoice readiness in the Klang Valley. From TIN registration to sandbox testing to go-live — we walked clients through every step.
Today we support more than 1,000 Malaysian SMEs on the full SQL suite — Account, Payroll, POS, X-Mobile, X-Store, HRMS, Cloud, BI Dashboard, Vision, AI Easy Scan and Accountant Set. Still a small team. Still the same phone number.
