Frequently asked questions
Our staff aren't very computer-literate. Is that a problem?
Not at all — it's most of our Ampang work. We train hands-on, at a sensible pace, and stay available afterwards. The system only pays off if the people using it are comfortable, so we don't rush that part.
We still keep manual books. Can we move to SQL Account?
Yes. We'll set up your chart of accounts, enter opening balances, and get you running from a clean starting point. You don't need to migrate years of history unless you want to.
Do you come out to Ampang?
Yes — Ampang Jaya, Pandan Indah, Pandan Jaya, Ukay Perdana, Taman Dagang and the surrounding areas, for on-site installation and training.
Do we have to do LHDN e-invoicing?
The LHDN phases now reach smaller businesses, so most likely yes. We'll check your position and handle the MyInvois setup and staff training.
