SQL Account covers the vast majority of what Malaysian businesses need out of the box. But every business has one or two things that are genuinely its own — a report the boss wants laid out a particular way, an invoice format a big customer insists on, a workflow that reflects how your industry actually operates. Customisation is for those, and no more.

Who it's for
Businesses with a genuine requirement the standard setup can't express — a mandated document format, an unusual reporting need, or a workflow specific to your trade.
Getting set up
We're an authorised SQL dealer based in the Klang Valley. This is an add-on module, so the first question we'll ask is whether you actually need it — and we'll tell you honestly if you don't. If you do, we configure it around how your business works, train your staff, and stay reachable afterwards on WhatsApp, phone, remote or on-site across KL, PJ, Shah Alam, Klang, Subang, Puchong, Ampang and Cheras.
Frequently asked questions
Do most businesses need customisation?
Honestly, no. Standard SQL Account handles most requirements, and we'd rather configure what's already there than build something you have to maintain. Customisation is for the genuine gaps.
Can you build a report in our own format?
Yes — custom reports and document layouts are the most common request, especially where a large customer mandates a specific invoice format.
Will customisation break when SQL updates?
It's a fair concern and worth discussing upfront. We'll be straight with you about what's low-risk and what needs care over time.
How do we start?
Tell us the specific problem — not the solution you have in mind. Often there's a standard feature that already does it, which is cheaper and safer for you.
